By creating an account or using the tools on this site you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Screen colors vary by device, lighting, and camera. Our matches are calculated perceptually and are intended as a shortlist. Always test a physical sample pot on your wall before buying paint. We are not liable for paint purchased on the basis of an on-screen match.

Designers and painters listed on MyPaintMatch are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We introduce you to them; any contract, quote, payment, or work is strictly between you and that professional. We review applications before approval but do not warrant the quality, licensing, or insurance of any professional.

You keep ownership of photos and text you upload. You grant us a licence to store and display that content so we can operate the service, including showing a brief to matched professionals or rendering a match you choose to share publicly. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to.

Do not scrape the paint database, misuse the lead system, impersonate others, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Paint color names, codes, and brand names are the property of their respective manufacturers. We reference them for identification only and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any paint brand.

The service is provided as-is. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
